It’s the second week of January, and today the high was 42 degrees! I know it’s tough for all the skiers and snowmobilers, but I am personally happy I am not showing cottages for sale with snow waist-high like last year at this time!

Ahhhh, January! Usually the first of three to four months of snow and cloudy skies. The days are starting to get longer, ever so slowly. Many are wearing some of the fun and silly presents they got over the holidays.

Getting ready for St. Paddy's Day
I FINALLY got to do a painting I have been thinking about since September. It was inspired by my new daughter-in-law waiting in the bridal party staging area for her debut as “The Bride”.
